The company went out of their way to decorate the house for my sons surprise birthday and he was soo happy when he walked in an saw all the balloons. They went way beyond the call of service and this to me is invaluable!! I will definitely use them again !"

Please see our latest review from a lovely family from Miami taking refuge from Hurricane Irma. Only to happy to help them out and we now know Sunstreams Villa is officially Cat 2 Hurricane proof!

“Ok, my review has been delayed because you know, work. We stayed at this lovely home because we live in Miami and we were under mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Irma! Inland Florida seemed safer and ultimately, it was! The storm still hit us but the house was so big and so strong we had no major issues. Didn't even lose power! In regards to the house itself.....beautiful. SPACIOUS. In total we had 11 ppl (2 kids) and we were all more than comfortable. The home is 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs including huge master suite with Jacuzzi tub and a private balcony, 2 downstairs) and a slew of bathrooms everywhere you turn. Did i say spacious? The garage doubles as the rec room where you can play pool, foozeball or table hockey. I genuinely felt like I became a POOL SHARK over those 5 days playing against my family and my in laws.. but i digress. Great house, wonderful paintings, pleasant decor in each room and a genuinely positive energy around the whole house (and mind you, we were there for a hurricane so positivity was much needed). Every section of the house is huge including the kitchen and the backyard. The backyard has a pool and is all screened in to keep the bugs out (not a bug or frog guy at all!). I think the community is inside of Champions Gate and literally about 2-5 min drive from food shopping, restaurants and gas. All in all I'm really glad i picked this place to be our refuge thru the storm, coincidentally the community is called The Sanctuary and that's EXACTLY what it was! Tracey and her husband Steve were absolutely excellent and very helpful every step of the way, even making sure to check on us periodically before, during and after the storm. I hope every stay I book is this great!”​

'Beautiful, big and spacious house. The pool was great. Love the decorations. We were a party of 10 and this house had more than the needed space for us, it was just perfect. I will definitely rent it again for a longer time if I ever come to Florida again.
