Our 2027 nightly rate is £210 per night all year, so one week rental will cost £1470

Optional pool heating available at additional cost of £35/day
Don't pay for pool heat if you don't need it - typically between April and September its not required

We take a £400 deposit to secure your dates when booking, please note this is non refundable.
If you are travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full rental amount plus damage deposit is payable.
We can accept payments through internet bank transfers in GB pounds or US dollars depending on your location.
If you live outside of these countries we will provide a link to TransferWise which offers the best exchange rate.
When the final payment is made a "Guest information pack" will be sent to you with full details of how to find and access the property plus some tips about the surrounding area.
A £250/$400 security damage deposit will also be added to your rental. This is fully refundable subject to the property being left in a good condition at the end of your rental.
A refund is available if the cancellation is made in writing at least 90 days before arrival date if the balance has been paid - this does not include the initial £400 deposit but we can carry that forward as a credit for future bookings. Unfortunately no refund is offered if cancelled less than 90 days of your arrival date and the balance is payable but will be refunded minus the deposit and minus any reduction in income if we can re-let the holiday in the time available. We will make every effort to resell those dates.
Cleaning costs are already included in the rental fee unless your stay is six days or less - in that case an additional cleaning cost of £120 / $155 is required.
