Situated in the secluded gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven, Sunstreams sits on a beautiful landscaped plot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a conservation view to the rear. Our villa is not overlooked so offers total privacy to our guests

Welcome to Sunstreams Villa, our beautifully furnished open aspect 5 bedroom villa which has been recently refurbished throughout and is fully loaded. Sitting on a beautiful landscaped plot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a conservation view to the rear, Sunstreams offers perfect seclusion. Our villa is not overlooked so offers total privacy to our guests, relaxing and watching the sunset over the conservation area from the first floor balcony is highly recommended.

Amenities

 

Sunstreams is close to the many Florida theme parks, with only a 15 minute drive to the gates of Disney.

The restaurants and golf courses of Champions Gate are ten minutes away and turn to the left out of the community and US27 is two minutes, turn to the left and the I4 is five minutes 

Rates

 

Our rates are fixed all year at £150 per night for 2023 and £160 a night for 2024 apart from the Christmas period. Optional pool heating available at additional cost of £29/$35/day. We take a £400 deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full amount is payable.
